Family Nurse Practitioner
Anna J’Nett Miller
Practitioner specializing in integrative medicine for all ages. She brings over 20 years of diverse healthcare experience including nursing, hospice care, dental assisting, and hearing care. When her sister Celeste was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, J’Nett became frustrated with the limitations of traditional healthcare. This led her to discover the world of holistic and integrative care, both through supporting her sister as well as battling her own health challenges with fatigue, gut issues, cancer, anxiety and depression.
Motivated by these experiences, J’Nett became a Registered Nurse and then attained her advanced practice degree to become a Family Nurse Practitioner. She opened her own practice, Desert Bloom Healthcare, to create optimal conditions for patients to achieve full health.
Unlike conventional medicine, Desert Bloom takes a holistic approach to identify the root causes behind aging, weight gain, hormone changes, inflammation and pain. We treat the whole patient rather than just superficial symptoms. Our integrative care allows patients to bloom into their healthiest, most vibrant selves.

Meet Anna J’Nett Miller, FNP-C – Founder of Desert Bloom Healthcare and Advocate for Integrative Wellness
Anna J’Nett Miller, FNP-C, is a highly experienced Family Nurse Practitioner and the visionary founder of Desert Bloom Healthcare, a leading center for integrative medicine in St. George, Utah. With more than 20 years of hands-on experience in diverse areas of healthcare—including nursing, hospice care, dental assisting, and hearing care—J’Nett brings a unique, root cause to every patient she serves.
Her journey into functional and integrative medicine began not in the classroom, but at home. When her sister Celeste was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, J’Nett quickly became disheartened by the limited options available through conventional medicine. Around the same time, she was navigating her own health battles with chronic fatigue, digestive issues, cancer, anxiety, and depression. These deeply personal experiences opened her eyes to the power of looking beyond surface-level symptoms and addressing the root causes of illness.
Driven by a desire to help others heal more holistically, J’Nett became a Registered Nurse, later earning her advanced practice degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner. With a clear vision for creating a space where patients could feel truly heard and supported, she founded Desert Bloom Healthcare—a place where functional wellness, natural therapies, and evidence-based medicine come together to help individuals thrive at every stage of life.
At Desert Bloom, J’Nett specializes in integrative healthcare for all ages, with a focus on uncovering the root causes behind common but complex health concerns like hormone imbalance, weight gain, chronic inflammation, gut dysfunction, and autoimmune conditions. She believes in the power of partnering with patients, helping them understand the “why” behind their symptoms and guiding them toward long-term solutions that are personalized and sustainable.
J’Nett is known for her compassionate presence, clinical insight, and deep commitment to restorative health. She integrates tools from both conventional medicine and holistic care, including nutritional counseling, lifestyle medicine, herbal and supplement support, bioidentical hormone therapy, and IV nutrient therapy, all tailored to fit each patient’s unique journey.
Beyond her role as a clinician, J’Nett is a passionate educator and mentor who empowers her patients to take an active role in their health. Her ultimate goal is to help every individual who walks through the doors of Desert Bloom to feel more energized, confident, and aligned with their healthiest self.
Outside the clinic, J’Nett enjoys spending time with her family, nurturing her spiritual life, and continuing to explore the evolving science of functional and integrative medicine. She finds deep fulfillment in helping people overcome health challenges that have held them back for years—often after they’ve exhausted every other option.
If you’re searching for a provider who listens deeply, understands the full picture, and is dedicated to your total wellness, J’Nett is here to help you bloom.
