Frequently Asked Questions
WHAT MAKES YOU DIFFERENT FROM ANY OTHER HEALTHCARE PROVIDER I’VE BEEN TO?
We listen! So many of our patients have complained that they had limited time with their health provider and they didn’t really listen to their health concerns. They were told everything was normal, and in some cases, even made to feel crazy. We listen to your health concerns, we gather thorough information about your health history, we trust that you know your body and when you say something is wrong, something is wrong.
Our knowledge: Testing is the next essential step to seeing the whole picture of what is happening within your body. We know that what you are concerned about is not normal, so we take your symptoms into account when looking at the lab testing results so we can bring the whole picture together and get down to the root cause of what is going on with you. Oftentimes people are told they are within range, but are not within a functional range for optimal health.
Our Dedication: We are dedicated to your results and go above and beyond to get you the success in your health that you have been looking for. You shouldn’t be living in pain or dealing with fatigue or hormone imbalances!
WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT DURING MY INITIAL VISIT?
In this full-hour appointment, we focus on getting a thorough health history, and, much like a detective, we will uncover clues to get to the root cause of what is ailing you. Vitals are also taken at this visit to aid in the direction of your treatment plan, as well as a baseline to confirm feedback on treatments as we progress. At the end of the visit, we will give you a clear next step on your path to healing.
WILL MY INSURANCE COVER MY VISITS?
We practice medicine the way our patients need it. Insurance often only allows for 15-20 minute visits. Our dedication to getting you the results you are looking for takes more time than what insurance typically allows.
We are a cash pay office, however many insurance companies will allow you to submit your receipts to them for reimbursement.
